TF2 Plus Dry Lubricant with Teflon Surface Protector and TF2 Dry Wax Chain Wax + Krytox
When I used the lube a few weeks ago I got the performance I expected, which was a very easy application and as a result hardly any spillage, which is great for me given I live in a 13th floor flat and so have to maintain my bike in my living room! I am presuming that the nozel and cap are a new design as I recall having to use a Stanley knife on a bottle previously (which kept the lid attached by a piece of plastic) which was a bit fiddly. Great improvement if so.
Yesterday after my ride, I cleaned my bike and got out the wax, and at first I have to say I was a little confused by the colour of it! I applied the wax to every chain link and the cassette and it covered the chain perfectly. I gave a few quick turns of the peddle just to spread the wax and I was done! Again, like the lube, so easy to use, but even less drips this time. Perfect.
I checked the bike when I got back today and the chain is still in great condition, no grit or grime, well lubricated and still looks like new, brilliant.
If I had to choose one or the other I think the wax may take it but it's a close one!
